Understanding what to expect in your 100lvl will help you figure out how to best prepare for it. If you ask students in the higher level what affects them the most in their 100lvl. One of the common answers you are likely to get is lack of insight on how things work, Most usually realise that a little late..

About The Computer Science Department

To begin with, the Computer Science department is situated in Phase 2. However all 100lvl lectures take place in phase 1. The only business you’ll have with the department in your 100lvl is your departmental registration. And signing of exam card, exam card contain information on courses you registered for the semester, you’ll have to provide a signed copy of the exam card before you are allowed entry into the exam hall.

To get your exam card signed you’ll have to go to the HOD office At phase 2.

For Men choosing the hostel icsa/Ramat or Danfodio will be a good decision given it’s closeness to where most of your lectures will be held. Dangote and Shehu Idris are situated in Phase 2, but given most of your lectures will be held in phase the distance may affect you if you click them. Only click them if you can buy a bike, or you have steady transport. Advantage of them is a little better living condition as compared to Icsa/Ramat and Danfodio.
